Ship to address no longer appearing

Since last week or the week before the fields for the "ship to" address no longer appear, just billing address.
Has something changed since the server upgrade?

    No changes that come to mind that would affect that at all. Could you confirm for us your store and we'll take a look.

    Looking at your store set up, the default category is set to "No Shipping". Any products added with that as the category will never display the shipping fields as it's not needed if nothing is shipping. The two apparel categories do have flat rate shipping, and when adding a product attached to those categories, the shipping fields do appear as expected.

    Does that help? If you're expecting shipping fields for certain products, you'll need to ensure the category they belong to has a delivery method set that includes shipping of some sort (even if it's a flat rate of $0).
