Cannot fill in fields on Mobile checkout

Customers are not able to fill-in any fields on our checkout page when on mobile (iPhone). When I try to select a field to fill in customer information, nothing happens. The keyboard does not show up. We are using the default responsive template. Please help!!

    Could you confirm for us which store this is for? If you'd prefer to keep it private, you can whisper it to me by checking the whisper checkbox and entering my forum username in the text input that appears when replying.
