Handling Fees not Added to International Orders

Cart only has default category with handling fee.

Works fine with US orders (US based Cart), however not added to non-US orders?

    The handling fees should be added to all returned shipping rates - it shouldn't matter what address the customer enters. Would it be possible to confirm your store please?

    Thanks for whispering that information - I've been able to replicate what you're saying, the handling fee is missing from the USPS rates specifically. I've created a ticket for us to look into this as soon as we can - I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

    I'm sorry for the delay in notifying you on this, a fix was added to production on the 24th of August - the handling fee should now be correctly added to UPS based shipping rates.
