Free shipping on orders over X amount

Hey guys

I've previously done this with snippets placed in the footer code, but when I was looking at the reference in the docs, it has a note that this is no longer the best way to do this and points to the Custom Shipping Endpoint docs.

This doesn't seem to be quite what I want it to do, so I'm not sure if I'm missing something or not.

What I want is this:

- standard shipping cost is flat rate of $5 per order
- orders over $100 get free shipping

Is this still best to do via footer snippets or is there a better way to do this now?

We are replacing the flat rates snippet with the custom shipping endpoint moving forward. They provide essentially the same experience for the customer, but the custom endpoint is native functionality where as the flat rate snippet is basically a hack of the checkout to trick it into allowing custom flat rates. We would recommend using the custom endpoint for what you described.
