Does the sub_token for a customer ever change?


Based on my testing, it looks like each recurring subscription order is still tied to the same sub_token. It also looks like edits to a subscription payment info, address, adding items, also keeps the same sub_token.

Am I correct here?

Is there any reason a sub_token would ever change for a given customer? (Besides canceling and starting a new subscription? Or have multiple subscriptions with the same email?)

    Good question - the sub token is tied directly to the individual subscription as it's unique identifier and doesn't change.
