What causes a double-set of subscription modification links?

Hey guys,

We're noticing that a handful of our subscription orders have a double set of modification links, seen below. It seems strange, especially since everything is shipping at the same frequency.

Why is this happening?

    Based on the screenshot, it shouldn't have the double-up there as you noted. Could you please forward that email on to our helpdesk so we can do some further debugging?

    Quick update for you - we've just rolled out a fix for this issue, so you shouldn't see that double-up with links after modifying a subscription. Thanks for your patience while we dug into this and developed a fix.
