Multiship doubling up on discounts and items

If you visit this page:

1) Add one 30-day subscription to the cart for Primary, Second, and Third address.
2) Add one 45-day subscription to the cart for Second address

You will see the category discount doubled up, and the item will be showing twice, like below.

    We're still digging into this one. We can replicate what you're seeing - and it's definitely a strange one! There is a potential workaround we could code up for you to get around this issue - but because it requires such a specific set of product conditions, I wanted to check to see if that was something you were concerned about, or if you'd be happy for us just to update you as we find a resolution.

    Its not a huge problem at the moment, but I'm concerned this bug could result in other unforeseen consequences down the line, like an indication of a larger problem, so I'd like a formal fix on this one when possible.
