Logo cache file missing

I tried to find the solution here but still not working. we used a custom ssl page for checkout, and once we switched to the new address. all the links to logos are broken.
e.g. the checkout broken link is:
where if you typed in the link works fine.

Tried to clear the cache image, not working. don't know why.

    Sorry for the trouble here - we can see what you're describing there, the image is definitely at that URL but it's not caching as it should. From your post there, it sounds like it was working prior to changing the store domain - were there any other changes applied to your server set up around that time as well? Do you have any hotlinking protection set up on that image by chance?
  • i guess we did set up the hotlinks protection.
    what i did right now is to override the code pointing to the caching link, and link it directly to the url itself. so far it works fine. don't know if this is allowed by foxycart's policy.

    That's perfectly fine - you can edit the template however you need. I'm glad you were able to find a solution!
