Editing a Customer's Address & Shipping Address

We have an order that has an incorrect address, which is now saved as the customer's address. Is there a way to edit an existing order to fix the customer's address as well as the shipping address? I can't figure out how this can be done. Thanks!

    We don't currently have a way to edit historical transactions, but if it's critical for that particular transaction, let us know and we'll see what we can do on our end.

    You can change the customer's address on their account for orders going forward using Universal Order Entry (UOE). You can read about it here: https://wiki.foxycart.com/v/2.0/unified_order_entry.

    To change a customer's info, go to admin->STORE->advanced and grab your "unified order entry password:" .

    Go to https://YOURDOMAIN.foxycart.com/cart?cart=updateinfo, replacing "YOURDOMAIN" with your foxycart domain.

    Log in as the customer and then enter your UOE password. From there you can change details and then save. This method does send an email to the customer confirming the changes.

    Another method is to change it through the API if you're using that. This won't send an email to the customer. There are some examples at the bottom of the page here: http://wiki.foxycart.com/static/redirect/xml_datafeed
