Clearing Past Due Amount

Hi,

I just want to confirm if this setting is not enabled

We don't have to worry about past due amount or do we still need to set this value to 0 to clear Past Due amount

On the other hand,
Is there away to automatically clear past due amounts for all Subscription records?

    That's correct - by unchecking the checkbox labelled "automatically include past due amounts when processing subscriptions", your customers won't ever need to pay a past due amount. The past due amount can be useful from the admin side though, to get an idea of which customers subscriptions have failed to renew. On the next successful renewal, the past due amount should be cleared out, even though it was never technically captured.
    Is there away to automatically clear past due amounts for all Subscription records?
    We don't have a native way to do that in the administration, but you could use the API to loop through all transactions with a past due amount and set them to be 0 instead.
