Not getting temp password email for new users

Setting up new users doesn't seem to generate a temp password email.

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble with setting up new users. Could I confirm with you the process you're taking for creating new users - and also which store you were adding them to, and the specific user you added that you didn't see the email sent for? Feel free to whisper any of those details, or email us directly, if you'd prefer to keep them private

    Thanks for whispering those details. Reviewing our email logs for the user you mentioned - we're seeing that emails were successfully delivered to their email address at the same time that you created the user on the 11th of May. For our email system to show a delivered status, it relies on the recipient email server having replied to our email server to say that it did successfully receive them. It's then up to the recipient's email server to actually move that email into the correct inbox.

    If you haven't already, I'd recommend the user check the spam folder, or any other folders that the email may have been automatically sorted into.

    If the user is unable to find that email in their inbox, they can also try triggering a password reset from the login page for the admin at https://admin.foxycart.com. That should then send them a new email with a temporary password they can use to get started. Let us know if they continue to have trouble receiving emails.
