Shipping Options Not Displaying on Checkout

I have my clients custom UPS rates setup in the foxy backend, but the checkout page is showing *no* shipping information.

Right now all its showing is email, billing address and payment.

What do I have to do to get the shipping options to show up?

    Thanks for posting. It sounds like the store's category is configured with a "Not Shipped" delivery type. If you go to the "categories" section in the store's Foxy administration, you'll need to set each respective category to have a live rates delivery type instead. That will have the shipping address shown on the checkout instead, and once an address is entered, will display the appropriate shipping rates from those selected in the admin.
