Subscription Ending/Cancelled - Final Transaction does not have a postal charge.

My client has a customer whose subscription was due to end 28th Jan 19 so their final transaction date was today.
This transaction is missing a postage charge. ALl previous transactions had had a postage charge of £2.85.

Please could you check why this might have happened and how we can rectify the issue.

    Thanks for reaching out - looking at the subscription, it should have including the shipping charge as you noted. We'll look into this subscription further and see if we can discover why the shipping amount was lost.

    We'll follow-up as we find more details.

    @looped We have a fix waiting to go through QA. Since this fix touches subscriptions, it's getting extra attention, so I don't have an eta, but it's going through the process for the fix to be released as soon as we're confident in it.

    Quick update - the fix for the issue you reported here as been released. You should now see shipping be charged consistently for all subscription renewals as expected. Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and we're sincerely sorry for any inconvenience it caused for you and your client.
