Hello FoxyCart users.

The FoxyCart store admin URL will be changing from to

In part of our ongoing effort to improve our speed and reliability, we'll be moving some systems around in the coming weeks. The first move will be the FoxyCart admin, which will be moving from to All the necessary redirects will be in place so you shouldn't even notice the move, but if you or your clients have passwords saved in browsers and those browsers require the www subdomain of, they may stop working.

If that happens you (or your clients) can go through the password reset process on the login screen. We'll notify you as we make this change and others.

No interruptions in service are expected.

The exact date and time is being determined, but it will be in the next few days. Please subscribe to this thread if you're interested.

    Hello all.
We have made the change, so please let us know if you see any issues. We'd also be interested to know if you notice any changes to load times anywhere, particularly on the site. (We have tested and have empirical data, but we're interested in any perceptions, as well as how the change might affect users in different parts of the world.)

I was logged in, so it bumped me off the site when you made the change. :P

(Seemed okay when I logged in again.)

Sorry about that. We're in the process of working on improving all of our systems, as well as making more official and easily understood maintenance windows. Thanks for letting us know though, and for letting us know that it worked right after you logged in again. That's the most important part ;)

This move should help improve stability, and is the first step of a larger plan to improve our services and prepare for continued growth. We're pretty excited about it, and we're very happy things went off without any major issues.
