Custom Subdomain Order Error

When attempting to walk a customer through ordering a custom subdomain for their account we received an error upon clicking "submit." The error stated "SSL does not appear to be a valid category. Please login to your account manager and update your category list." Also, the line item for the cart was for "A Shippable Product" and priced at $9.99 instead of the $90 we'd anticipated seeing.

Any thoughts?

    Hi.

    Oh... wow I just realized what the issue is. You'd previously added one of the test products from the homepage to your cart, so that's the session you had (on the test store). When you attempted to purchase the SSL cert, you were using that test store's session as opposed to our live store.

    The solution at this point is to go to that SSL page and clear your FoxyCart cookies (or at least the SESSID cookies). Then try again.

    We'll have to think about how to solve that issue though. Thanks for pointing it out.
