SSL Certificate (Custom Domain)

I ordered a custom domain on Thursday evening of last week. I have not heard from FoxyCart or RapidSSL since. Is this time delay normal?

    Hi David. Responding via email. Sorry for the delay. We'll be automating this process but sometimes we miss things now, as there are some manual steps.
  • Thanks Brett - I responded by email as well. Since there are so many moving parts here, would it make sense to handle this particular request over email the rest of the way?
