domestic DHL not working in Canada

None of the DHL-domestic options are being displayed on our checkout pages when this is enabled in the admin.

If DHL is enabled as the only shipping method, I get the following error:

Error: This store has not been setup correctly to calculate shipping to this location. We apologize for the inconvenience. The store owner has been notified of this error.
DHL Error: Error(2062):This account is not authorized for Domestic shipping.

My client just got dropped from FedEx and immediately needs to switch to DHL for shipping. {shipping wine in Canada is a sensitive issue)

P.S. what is the chance of getting account specific rates with DHL?

    Hey Oli. Sorry for the bad news, but DHL is no longer supported in the US and we never fully integrated with their international version. By "domestic" we actually meant "US Only". Is UPS an option?

    Until the ridiculous Canadian prohibition laws are changed, we really do need to use DHL as they are the only ones who will will ship wine inter-provincially right now. UPS will not. Looks like we will have to simply nix shipping quotes and add *shipping is extra*. :(

    Thanks for letting us know about your needs, Oli. For now, yeah, you might have to do that. Make sure you vote for DHL here though:

    We'll probably make that a higher priority simply because we "kind of" support it right now, and we don't like doing things "kind of", but we have a lot of other super high priority stuff we're doing now, so for the meantime unfortunately you'll have to work around it. Sorry about that.
