just thought I'd announce that I haven't been able to get into my FoxyCart admin area for over an hour. grrrrr.

    When you say you haven't been able to get in, what do you mean? Everything seems to be up as far as our systems are concerned.

    Do you have local connectivity or DNS issues?
  • I am able to access the admin without any issues here.
  • weird. i can access all other websites, but foxycart just has an hourglass and the status bar says "transferring data from". it's been like this forever! i've tried refreshing, and loading in a different browser, but no luck. what could this be??
  • Odd. FWIW, I've been working in the admin for the past few hours, and haven't noticed any issues from here.

    leftwave, you should be logging into the admin using

    The www admin link was changed a couple of months ago... but it should still be redirecting to the new location.

    Hmm... it seems to forward for me ok as well.

    Can you try a tracert?

    If you're on windows, open a cmd window and type tracert

    If there's a network outage somewhere, you'll probably see it there.

    I'd be really interested to know a few other things:
    - Does work?
    - Does work?
    - Does redirect you to ?

    If any of those are "no" answers, try clearing your cookies for the domain and try again.
