Help with Self Hosted Download Integration

Everything seems to work fine except the confirmation email. The confirmation email comes, but there is no content or download link. What could cause this?

    Hey Josh. Unfortunately because you're using the self hosted integration, there's not much we can do to help you since we don't have access to your server and wouldn't be able to support that custom integration even if we did. Are you working with a developer who can give you a hand? Can you print out some debug statements in the script to see what isn't working correctly?

    I have emailed the creator of the integration, but still haven't gotten a reply. Can anyone else help me with this?
