It appears App and Admin are currently down, but it looks as though it may be an internet backbone issue beyond our control. We have failed over at the DNS level, but we are still working on determining the cause of the outage. Traceroutes from around the world are hanging at various points outside of our datacenter, but we have confirmed that other servers at our datacenter are functioning fine. We’ll continue to update as we make progress.

    It looks as though this issue may have impacted DNS at some level, which impacted the ability for our system to send XML datafeeds. We will update as we have more info.

    Update again: It appears that this issue impacted many but not all stores. Some XML datafeeds were sent fine, while others failed with a DNS error. We're checking with our host to see if their DNS systems were impacted (which looks like the case).
