Shipping Set Up

Here's my error:

Shipping Methods (Try Again)
Error: This store has not been setup correctly to calculate shipping to this location with this weight. We apologize for the inconvenience. The store owner has been notified of this error.

I'm not sure where to begin in my troubleshooting process.

    Your store currently only has a single rate checked. Try checking more (or all of them, then trimming down to what you want), and try different container selections. Not all shipping methods will support all destinations, cart weights, or container types, so you have to figure out what'll work for your particular store. If there are no rates returned then the shipping carriers won't ship to the address you've entered with the options you've selected in your store.
