Missing transaction data in FC

Hello

A transaction went through our web site on August 31 for which we received the payment but there is no transaction history within Foxycart. There were no receipt emails sent either. I have the order ID as it appears in our payment gateway (Moneris), but there is no matching order ID in Foxycart. Is there some way to determine what has happened here?

    Interesting Mark. I'd recommend that you whisper the transaction details to @luke and the FoxyCart guys will take a look at it.

    Yeah, as @sparkweb suggested if you whisper us the order ID, we'll dig into it
