Coupon code: what am I doing wrong

We're in the testing and Q/A phase and my developer just integrated Foxycart, so I am still new to it. That being said, I am quite happy. One thing, however, I'm struggling with is adding a coupon code. I want to add a sitewide coupon giving 20% off.

I've done the followng:
-In the admin section, under "PRODUCT" selected "coupons"
-Entered the following:
--coupon name: Andreas Test
--coupon code: testandreas
--coupon type: Discount by a percentage based on the quantity
--coupon details: discount_quantity_percentage=Andreas Test{allunits|1-20}
-selected the following check-boxes:
--don't apply category discounts if this coupon is used.
--don't apply line item discounts if this coupon is used.
--apply to categories - all categories

On the front end of the site, I can add the coupon in the cart, but it is not taking anything off (i.e. it show "Andreas Test: $0.00")

What am I doing wrong?

    Actually, your coupon code would just be "allunits|1-20". The extra details are just used if you putting a discount inline when adding a product to the cart. Give that a shot and see if that makes a difference....
  • @sparkeb, THANK YOU! That worked perfectly.

    Cool, glad to hear that did it. Actually, you can even simplify a bit more because allunits is assumed by default so you could do "1-20" and that will work, too.
