How to verify minimum age on checkout, using a checkbox and text string

Greetings,

I'll need site visitors to verify that they are 21 years or older once they start the checkout process. They would do this by checking a checkbox. Does Foxycart have a way to set up a custom text string and a checkbox in the checkout process, or how should I handle this?
