Receipt emails - some are not arriving in the site admin email inbox - not sure if this is a bug?

My client has noticed recently (last few months) that some receipt emails never arrive in his email inbox. We're also concerned in case the customers might not be receiving their copy. Is there any way to check that they have gone out successfully?

The domain is eyekit.co
As an example he's received a (GB based) receipt email today and then later didn't receive another (a Swedish based buyer)
