Google Analytics E-commerce Tracking Possibility???

Any chance of having this implemented into the checkout / receipt template system:

I'm thinking this could/should render out on the receipt template with the placeholder:

It would obviously also require a setting to add an analytics ID.

  • Ah! my apologies! From how well everything else was thought through, at first I was thinking this was an uncharacteristic oversight or wasn't working properly because I wasn't seeing that output in the page source, but I just didn't read the documentation well enough. :)

    Now I get why though, and should have read more closely.
    Define that ^^analytics_google_ga_async^^ only gets generated once on the first load. I was viewing the page source, but at least in Chrome this actually causes a page re-load to pull the source which explains why I wasn't seeing the output I was looking for. Got it!
