Performance improvements for displaying tax information on completed orders

We just pushed out a code change impacting versions 0.7.1, 0.7.2, and 1.0 related to how taxes are displayed for a completed order. If your store uses a lot of taxes, you should notice a significant performance improvement in your admin transaction history listing. The display itself is unchanged.

We do not foresee any issues with this change and did go through a thorough round of testing, but we're posting here just in case you do notice something incorrect related to taxes. Just reply here, and we'll take a closer look if need be.

    Update: we just discovered and fixed an issue related to this change involving product categories and flat rate shipping amounts per shipment. When clicking on the pay with PayPal button in the cart, it was possible to get an error about the item amounts not matching the order total.

    This issue is now be fixed.
