fc_required

I have 3 custom elements in the Checkout. They have the class="fc_required" on them but don't seem to activate, nor are they included in the receipt.

The Store is live: https://bees.foxycart.com/cart
My form coding skills suck; it's one of my weaknesses, so it's likely that I put the fc_required in the wrong part of the form elements.

    @atmospherix,

    Firstly, you'll need to give the inputs and the textarea a unique name for it to be passed through to the receipt.

    So like:
    <textarea name="comments"></textarea>

    Once you give them names they should start to be included with the order.

    In terms of the fc_required class, that needs to be applied to the actual form elements you're wanting it to apply to. That should also get the error display working too. Note that the name you give the form elements needs to match the "for" value of the error labels associated as well.
  • Thanks Adam. Now for a stupid question:
    Is <fieldset> a form element? Could I name it as you noted above, and put the fc_required in it too?

    Nope, just input, select, and textarea.
