eProcessing network error - TranKey Incorrect (Response Reason Code: 103)

Their test server worked fine. We went live, entered the live account info and received TranKey Incorrect (Response Reason Code: 103). My client provided me his username, transaction key and password. In the FoxyCart setup for eProcessing Network there wasn't a password field. Is the lack of a password field causing the problem. I've doubled check the trans key several times.

    Store.html is the shopping cart we are replacing with FC.

    For some reason, I couldn't whisper. Go figure.

    So we don't require the password for eProcessingNetwork - just the username and transaction key. The error is what we're returning directly from eProcessingNetwork - so they're saying that the transaction key doesn't match the username.

    Can you confirm that the account is active and live, and ready to go? Perhaps reach out to the support at eProcessingNetwork and ask them to take a look at the account to see if everything is good to go on their side?
