We've just received notice from PayPal of some upcoming maintance they're going to be doing in two short planned 2 minute windows. Due to the small windows of downtime, possible interruptions should be minimal. Details as we received them below:
On February 21, we will be deploying a patch to our database and it will result in two separate two-minute downtimes.
Downtime approximate start time: Feb 21, 2013 11:10 PM PST
Downtime approximate end time: Feb 21, 2013 11:12 PM PST
Downtime approximate start time: Feb 21, 2013 11:15 PM PST
Downtime approximate end time: Feb 21, 2013 11:17 PM PST
During the two downtime windows indicated:
• The majority of API requests will not complete and will fail with error 10001 (Internal Error) or 520002 (Internal Error) or time out.
• Attempts to log in to PayPal will result in the error message "Sorry, your last action could not be completed."
• Website Payments Pro Payflow Edition (PayPal Payments Pro in the US) API requests will not complete and may fail with errors 1000 (Generic host error), 102 (Processor not available), 104 (Timeout waiting for processor response), 109 (Timeout waiting for host response).
• Batch Processing (batch.paypal.com) – some items in batch requests may fail with internal error.
