Template Parsing Issue Email

Our client received an email from Foxy:

Subject: Transaction 41514125 for [store] had a template parsing issue.

The transaction went through, but your store's twig templates may have a fatal error which must be corrected. Please go to your FoxyCart admin and attempt to save all templates including category admin and customer email templates.

We re-cached the pages, but can't think of anything else. We are using 0.7.2 for this store, so Twig should not be a factor. Any suggestions? Should we upgrade to 1.0?

    Hey @matt633. Are you sure they didn't get the email from a different 1.0 store (maybe a test store)? That message doesn't exist anywhere in the 072 codebase.

    Sorry, I didn't realize that was set up with a specific transaction id. That's very odd. It looks like the store was temporarily set to 1.0 on 2012-05-14 for a few hours, but that wouldn't explain this issue five days ago.

    We'll let you know if we find anything else.
