Colorbox Popup no longer working

Our shopping cart is now opening in a new window. Any idea what might be causing that?

    It looks like you've upgraded your store to version 1.1, but didn't also update the jQuery version with your includes. With 1.1 we recommend jQuery version 1.9.0.
