Subscription customers can't update their credit card

Hi -

I just tested this because a client reported that using the
cart?cart=updateinfo link, the subscribers aren't getting an
option to change their CC info. They get a message saying
"no payment needed."

Seems to be a bug... or is there another type of link they should use?
