How do you add a custom price to a service product? Where the customer can input their own price?

    You'd simply set the price input as an open entry text field. So instead of this:
    <input type="hidden" name="price" value="19.99" />

    You'd have this:
    <input type="text" name="price" />

    If you want to have a starting price, you could set a value there as well, but ultimately the customer could set it to anything starting from $0. If you needed to set a minimum price that the customer could set, then you'd need to add some validations to your form to prevent the add to cart from happening if the price is less than that amount.
