Diagnosing Customer Checkout Issues

Recently, we've been getting emails from customers who say they cannot checkout. According to them, they cannot click the checkout button, which is either the checkout button in the cart or on the checkout page.

My client and I have both ran though our own tests within multiple browsers and have not had any kind of issue. One customer says he/she is in Chrome, which I use but do not see any kind of issue.

How can I go about finding or determining this issue?
Any help here would be great. Client is shopcoobie.
