Subscription is charging customer but not passing info to orderdesk

I have a customer on subscription who is not receiving orders but still getting charged. He signed up 3 months ago, got his first order but not the second or third.

It seems like his order is not is not being passed by the datafeed. I have other customers on subscription who are getting their orders.

Do you know what could be going wrong here? I can give extra info if needed but I don't really know where to start.

    @mreee I'll whisper some more info on this since it likely has to do with the connection between your site and Order Desk.
