Slightly bizarre gateway error

This morning, we had an order make it all the way through FoxyCart and generate a receipt without actually being approved by the processor. We nearly sent out product before someone caught it. As far as Bluefin can tell, the card was not authorized.

On the receipt, the processor response reads "PayConex Transaction ID:" without actually including the transaction ID number.

    Looking at the logs for that transaction, it looks like PayConex was unreachable at the time of the transaction, but we incorrectly marked the transaction as successful so the customer was sent along to the receipt. I'm very sorry for this error!

    I'm going to get in touch with our gateway developers and work to make sure that this doesn't happen again in the future.
