Custom SSL

Just received my digicert email- thanks :)

Called and left a message about this yesterday, but haven't heard from anyone yet: Last Friday, the 20th, I activated my foxycart store and paid for a custom SSL- I have yet to see the e-mail from digicert come through on any of the addresses specified (spam settings haven't caught anything either) and am wondering when I can expect my SSL to be setup.

Will there be problems when the SSL is setup if I launch the store now using the regular foxycart store settings, or will the transition be seamless?
