Good afternoon Foxycart teammates.
I'm having an issue where whenever someone cancels a subscription it automatically submits an order to fulfillment by amazon that I then have to go and cancel.
I use orderdesk and it registers as a $6 sale (the amount I charge for flat shipping) but no actual charge is initiated by Stripe (my payment processor).
This is a small nuisance since it means I have to manually cancel an order everytime someone cancels a subscription and of course if customers get something in the mail after they've cancelled they get concerned about being wrongfully charged.
Can one of you fine gentleman grace me with your wisdom and foresight about this issue and how to troubleshoot it?
