Our customers have not been receiving email recipes when they check out from our store:
Is that something that can be set up?
I just did a quick spot check of some of your customers in our email logs - and all their email receipts have been delivered successfully to their email servers. Is there some specific customers who have reported not receiving anything? If so - could you whisper those to us? You can whisper by checking the "whisper" checkbox and entering my forum username in the box that appears.
Thanks for whispering the customer details. I've checked our email logs for that customer as well - and their email is being reported as successfully delivered to their server. Could you ask the customer to check their spam folder to see if it may have accidentally ended up there?
