Email receipt multi-language

We're setting up a site with English and Chinese. I see that in the docs and admin that the receipt and checkout offer Chinese, but in the email receipt is it possible to also show Chinese and English based on what language the user was using on checkout? In other words, I'm assuming Foxycart will detect the incoming browser's language when the user comes to the checkout (is that correct?) and show them Chinese instead of English (if their browser has Chinese as a language setting preference), but when the customer gets their receipt, is there a way to send them an email with Chinese if Chinese was the language used on the checkout page?

    Unfortunately we don't currently support multiple languages in a single store. The customer will see the language as selected in your stores FoxyCart administration.
