Shipping method not showing up in transaction data

Over the past few weeks I've had a few orders where the shipping method (UPS / USPS Priority / Etc.) is not showing up in the transaction data. The shipping charge is there and I can figure out the shipping method chosen by the charge, but the receipt doesn't show the shipping method and the transaction data in foxycart doesn't show the shipping method.

Any ideas as to why?
