Flat-Rate shipping stopped working.

I've had flat-rate shipping on my cart for long time (3+ years) and all of a sudden it stopped working and I have no idea why.

Here's my store: healthkismet.foxycart.com - can anyone help with this?

    @JonathanBechtel,

    Did you have custom flat rate shipping by using a snippet? If so - I'm not seeing any custom code on your checkout template for applying that.
  • Oh, yeah.....now I remember! I updated my template and didn't re-add the snippet. My bad!
