Hello all.
There's a known issue that cropped up this morning at about 2:30am PST (when we switched primary web servers in order to take the previous one offline to diagnose the issues we've been having lately) that impacts the ability to upload or download new downloadable files in the admin.

This does NOT impact customers or existing downloadables. We expect it to be resolved tomorrow morning. Sorry for the inconvenience in the meantime.
