Cross Site Scripting Error in IE 9

My client has received calls from several customers who are unable to add products to their cart. My client is able to replicate the issue, but I am not. Here's a brief description:

When using IE9 (Not all installations, it would seem. I've been unable to duplicate the issue using a vanilla install of IE9 on Windows 7):
1. Go to
2. Add the wreath to your cart.

After completing steps 1 & 2, in some instances, here's what happens:
1. Colorbox is displayed, and the only content shown is "#"
2. A message is displayed in the bottom of the browser stating "internet explorer has modified the page to help prevent cross-site scripting"

As mentioned, I've been personally unable to duplicate the error - but have seen my client duplicate the issue via screen sharing. Any ideas?
