How does my client cancel one of two accounts?

My client wants to cancel one of his accounts with FoxyCart. An account that was tied to a website that no longer exists.

He has another account for another website that he definitely wants to keep active.

How does he cancel the former without canceling the latter? Does he email someone at FoxyCart?

Any input would be appreciated.

    Hi Carlos.
    Thanks for getting in touch. When logged into the FoxyCart admin, only one store will be chosen at a time. In the top left, under the FoxyCart logo, there is a dropdown to choose which store you want to work with.

    Please have your client login and choose desired store from dropdown. Next, they can click on the Billing link (under Account section in navigation) like this:

    Once on the billing page, there is an option to cancel the paid subscription for that particular FoxyCart store. If they run into any issues, please feel free to have them contact us.
