I have a client who signed up with a domain and doesnt know any of their information

ok. i dont remember any of the info.

The account is in the sandbox. They have a paying account with another domain.

a) Can we get their sandboxed account moved to be a store in their main account?
b) Can we delete the sandboxed one and re-create it under their live account
