  • Hello @pockethigh. In the future it's helpful to include a link to your store so others can take a look and help you test it. When I load up your checkout, I see this error in the chrome console: http://screencast.com/t/zJY6AK00TsH When I click o…
  • @concepts so... uh... yeah. Kind of embarrassing, but we added comment functionality back in December but forgot to follow up on this thread. We've since improved our notification process for customer requested features and bug fixes. Please let us …
  • Hey @Oskay. Wanted to let you know the update has been released. Please let us know if you have any questions.
  • Hello @richtestani. It sounds like instead of "c+001" you want to use "c+001p", correct? Is that what you're doing or does "c+001p" produce "6029p001"?
  • Hello @jrwhip. Unfortunately this is not currently an option. One way around this would be to add a past due amount on the subscription and then use the link in the admin for that subscription to charge the past due amount. I hope that helps.
  • Hello @csmerritt. Thanks for posting. Unfortunately @brett is out today and he's the most familiar with the foxycart script loader. We'll have to get back to you next week with more details and what work-around options you have.
  • Hello Adeel, thanks for contacting us. Are you running this locally? If so, it's possible your computer is not configured with a set of SSL root authority certificates. What operating system and PHP version are you using? Googling around a bit for …
  • We figured out the issue and are testing a fix now. Our QA team will be reviewing it. We'll let you know when it goes live.
  • Hello @BlackCentipede. Our future plans involve focusing entirely on the Hypermedia API which you can find out more about here: https://api.foxycart.com/docs Though we do support HAL+XML, we don't plan on releasing an XSD document because the idea b…
  • Hey @mOrloff Sorry again for the confusion here. We are working to improve things. Is your OAuth client named 'CouponExportAttempt'? I see it attached to a store via a store_full_access scope token. When you copied the client_id and client_secret…
  • In the bootstrap file, did you include your client_id and client_secret you got form step 1? If it says you need a secret, then something's not right there. Also, depending on how you configured the redirect_url when you created the client, are you …
  • Hello Geoffrey. I'm terribly sorry for the confusion here. The documentation for the hAPI which describes that feature in our admin was pushed to production prior to that feature being rolled out. Unfortunately the feature described there got held …
  • Unfortunately, this fell through the cracks... but is now completed.
  • Hello @jingari. It turns out some customizations in your checkout template (specifically hard coding use_different_addresses to 1) were causing some issues with the second step in the PayPal Express checkout flow (after the user logs in to PayPal).…
  • Hello Raul. To create a transaction via the hAPI, you simply POST to the cart uri with a customer_id or set the customer_id on the cart via a PATCH or PUT before POSTing no data to it. Information on that can be found here: https://api.foxycart.com…
  • If you want to whisper me specific details for your store, I can look into this in more detail, but most likely you'll need to use a product category for the line item you're adding (the shipping cost) which doesn't require shipping. That may sound …
  • Hey @jacobdubail. I'm going to temporarily add a test oauth client to this store so I can run through some code and see what's going on here. The data seems okay, but maybe there's an issue with pagination. We'll let you know when we know more. Glad…
  • I love it! I love to hear that! Yeah, I'm thinking there may be something strange going on with pagination. We may need to specify a sort order or something. I feel like we had a similar issue with transaction pagination before. I'll keep you post…
  • @jacobdubail okay, I think I found the problem. You have a do while which skips the last 13 records. In my testing with similar code to what you have, I only got the first 180 records. Once } while ( $customers_next != $customers_last ); is no long…
  • No problem! Also, you may want to consider adding a limit of 300 (that's the max) to avoid making multiple calls to the API. The default limit is 20 records at a time, but as the customer count grows, that might end up being quite a few calls and …
  • Hey @happycloud. I think I figured out the issue here. The customer record you were updating was an anonymous record for a guest checkout (is_anonymous = 1). If you want to view just active customer accounts, add the filter `is_anonymous=0` to your …
  • Yep, I just confirmed the issue with our hAPI that doesn't default a GET of customer records to filter out anonymous entries. We've got a fix in to QA, but for now you can just add that filter described earlier and you should be good to go.
  • > when you edit API values directly from a form like this That's not really how things work (in Orderdesk or otherwise). In order to modify sensitive payment related information like this, the user has to be authenticated with your server which …
  • Hello @Philippe. Based on our logs, it looks like your response json is properly formatted with error details, so it seems like it should be showing up. However, when I tried to test I was seeing rates returned: The way our system works is even …
  • Hello @phermann. Is this for BreatheAware or a different store? When you say it's not returning anything at all, that would certainly be strange. What is the HTTP response code of the request? Does the request time out? If you could send us the fu…
  • Hello @Epotratz. What you're seeing there is a line item discount: https://wiki.foxycart.com/v/2.0/coupons_and_discounts#product_discount It's specific to that individual item. That's different from a category discount or a coupon discount. Both l…
  • Hello @Epotratz. I've been looking into this a bit, and I'm not quite sure how or why some subscription templates have coupons displayed as discounts and some do not. My hunch is, it has something to do with if that transaction was ever been modifi…
  • Hey @Epotratz. Sorry for not responding sooner. I think @fc_adam mentioned having this page open in a tab and it getting lost in the shuffle. It's possible that you're using the subscription template in ways we haven't really designed it for at thi…
  • We don't have any examples but it should be no different than updating a normal cart with items. If you're just changing the text of the code, you shouldn't have to do anything as the category relationship configured on the items is done via an inte…
  • Hello @Epotratz Unfortunately, we don't have many good answers for you at the moment. The way we handle subscription template transactions is not much different than how we handle carts which is to say it's all pending until the transaction is act…
